Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to or using the BSkola interactive platform, Maté AI whiteboard tutor, or Forces Lab.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing BSkola, creating an account, or subscribing to our paid tiers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Subscription Billing & Automatic Renewals
Paid subscriptions to BSkola (including the Pro Plan and Enterprise tiers) are billed on a recurring continuous service basis.
You expressly authorize BSkola to charge your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing interval (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support@bskola.com.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions are protected by our full 14-day refund guarantee. If you request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will refund 100% of your fee. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property & Student Work
All simulations, note compilations, algorithms, and models created by you within the BSkola Note Kit and whiteboard workspace remain your exclusive intellectual property. BSkola does not claim ownership over models or code created by our users.
5. Limitation of Liability
BSkola provides its simulation tools, vector math engines, and AI tutors for educational and research purposes. In no event shall BSkola be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software.
